| i think they only know bits and pieces of English, just like we know bits and pieces of Japanese. most of the japanese cant speak english very fluently. for more information about the English education in japan, please visit http://www.timwerx.net/culture/englished.htm the article was written by Tim R. Matheson. this article is very interesting and amusing in my point of view. hurhur and Ei-chan teach him some? Eiji's English is rather baad.... haha! | |

| whaha! the website just tells us about the english education in japan and their attitude about it. =DD yea he's half german-american, but he didnt like english when he was young. he was brought up in Japan and i think its also a reason why he didnt master English. parents adopted the "laissez-faire" method in educating wentz. [[= you can refer to Eiji's profile, under young wentz. hehh there's a lot of things inside. | |

| haha! laissez faire is actually an economics term that means "let things take their own course". which means that Wentz's dad let Wentz's education take its own course. =DD his parents did not really interfere with his learning of languages and thats why when wentz's was discriminated due to his western appearance, he was "anti-english" and did not want to learn english. yupp. did i explain it better? hurhur yes, sankyuu is katakana, as well as terebi (TV), basuketto (basketball), sakka (soccer), and many more~!
i saw the video when teppei was speaking english!!! | |

| ahh. dun say thank you. i will get shy. XP i took basic conversational japanese in school, and most of the other bits and pieces came from dramas. HAHA! hmm as for "eigo", i dont think its a katakana word. i think its a japanese word. eigo = 英語! haha! im watching "bloody monday" now. its a great drama! inside, they speak quite a few english words. XD | |

| HAHA " I am.. ah.. ah... TEPPEI KOIKE!" his face looks so delighted when he was saying "teppei koike" i was thinking maybe he was trying to call himself "koike teppei", but decided to use his first name first. cuz Westerners' first name comes before their last, and perhaps since teppei was speaking in English, he hesitated about his name. HAHA i dont think i make any sense, but well, thats what i think! ooh i think the 'chokko' is also katakana! bloody monday, you know you know, Miura Haruma from koizora~! its a rather intense show | |
